Jacob A. Cheli, Esquire represents many local labor unions, as well as non-union workers. He is a Referral Attorney for the United Lancaster Labor Council and the Community Srevices of Organized Labor (CSOL), and a Certified Mediator. He advises and accepts cases in workers compensation, unemployment, and other job problems. In addition to litigating workers compensation claims, he represents workers at unemployment compensation hearings and union arbitrations. He also makes referrals in Discrimination, including ADA and FMLA claims, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury, including Products Liability, Auto, Slip and Falls, and Medical Malpractice.
He represents injured workers in the following Counties: Berks, Chester, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and York, as well as other Counties in the Eastern Region of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Jake Cheli offers a Special Rate to union workers, but has a policy of "No Recovery-No Fee" to all clients. His primary office is located in Exton, Chester County, PA, but will always travel to his union or client's location for a Free Consultation. Also, he does not charge a fee for advice, only charging a fee when going to Court to obtain his client's benefits, or to stop the insurance company from suspending his client's benefits. In unemployment compensation or union arbitrations, he charges a reasonable one-time flat fee for representation at the unemployment hearing or arbitration.
